INCLUDED WITH YOUR DB25
When selecting the base motorcycle for our dB25 project the Ducati Monster came out on top, offering high performance in all aspects from engine power through to braking and chassis design while the L twin engine layout allows for a slim faring design. Over 100 new components have been designed and made to create a dB25, with every element having been carefully considered during the prototype development. Below the specification is listed with a number of standard options and components that can be customised to your specification. No two dB25 combinations will ever be the same. Frame and subframe
Light modifications have been made to the main frame to accommodate for the new fairing mounts and to clean the lines. All mounts have been fabricated from precision laser cut steel and aluminium.
A new aluminium rear subframe has been created for a lighter and cleaner design incorporating our quick release seat system.
Body panels
The carbon fibre bodywork is constructed from premium Prepreg carbon fibre. Manufactured in-house, we’ve developed skills and techniques to capture our designs in a motorsport specification, lightweight and strong composite panel.
Fuel tank
The dB25 is fitted with a bespoke, rotationally moulded, polymer fuel cell. This design exhibits incredible strength and durability, as well as minimal weight.
Exhaust
We offer various options from SC Project – one of the world leaders in motorcycle exhaust manufacturing. Full race silencers are available in a number of different designs, as well silencers to keep things a little quieter.
Lights
We fit a range of turn signals from Motogagdget, featuring Power LED technology. These small lights offer a discrete but extremely bright light. Main headlamp features long-distance, dipped-beam and parking light function.
Paint
We have meticulously researched and blended colours that we feel complement the classic lines of our design. Options can be chooses from our pallet in a collaborative process to find the best combination for you and your dB25.
Trimming
Our seat pan and tail designs have become a deBolex signature , developed and refined through our One of One builds to create a strong and comfortable seat while keeping to a sleek but practical design. We offer a number of different fabrics from Alcantara to a large range of vinyl materials. Different trim patterns can also be chosen.
Steering Damper
With the Ducati Monster taking on a more sports role we’ve fitted a steering damper to maximise the riding experience.
